Disrupting Normal 2026 Brings Women Together to Reset, Rebuild and Take Action

At some point, every woman has to ask herself a question that isn't always comfortable: Is the life I'm living still aligned with the woman I'm becoming?

That question sits at the heart of Disrupting Normal, the ninth annual women's wellness and leadership conference presented by Girl Talk Meetup. The event takes place Saturday, November 21, 2026, at Kean University in Union, New Jersey.

Hosted by Girl Talk Meetup founder Erica Bell, the full-day gathering is organized around three ideas: reset, build and take action.

Making Room for Change

Personal growth sounds beautiful until it requires confronting routines, expectations and habits that have become familiar. Disrupting Normal invites participants to examine what is no longer working and consider practical steps toward change.
