Full Crate and Samoht are finding beauty in the work of loving yourself on their collaboration “Lately,” released October 15, 2026.

The song is the third single from Full Crate's forthcoming album, New Home Same Heart, due November 6, 2026. The Amsterdam-based producer and the soulful vocalist meet in a soundscape that makes space for reflection without losing its musical warmth.

“Lately” explores self-love and the often-uncomfortable process of learning to show up for yourself. Rather than packaging growth as something neat and effortless, the collaboration makes room for the messier feelings that come with it.

The accompanying visual extends that intimate conversation. Featuring actor Chanté Adams and striking scenes with a choir dressed in red, the video pairs emotional storytelling with an arresting visual palette. James Berkeley also contributed to the production.

The release follows earlier album singles “Moviestar,” featuring COOKIE., and “Try Again Tomorrow,” featuring Nina Ann Nelson, continuing a rollout that highlights Full Crate's gift for bringing distinct voices into a cohesive creative world.

What stands out about “Lately” is the way Full Crate and Samoht leave room for vulnerability. It's the kind of record that can meet you wherever you are, whether you're celebrating progress or still figuring things out.

As New Home Same Heart approaches, “Lately” offers another glimpse of a project interested in what changes, what stays and how we learn to feel at home within ourselves.

For listeners who appreciate R&B with something to say, this collaboration is worth sitting with.
