Tinashe Is Taking Her Popstar Era on the Road With a 2027 North American Tour

Some artists announce a tour. Others announce that they're about to remind everybody exactly why they belong onstage.

Tinashe is preparing for a busy spring with The Show Must Go On Tour, a North American headlining run supporting her latest album, Popstar.

The tour begins April 14, 2027, in Dallas and concludes May 15 in Los Angeles. Along the way, Tinashe will visit Atlanta, Washington, D.C., Philadelphia, Boston, Seattle, Oakland and several other cities.

The announcement follows a significant commercial milestone. Popstar, released September 25, debuted at No. 6 on the Billboard 200, becoming the highest-charting album of her career.

And for an artist who has consistently delivered choreography, vocal performances and creative visuals, a larger touring platform feels appropriate.

Tinashe has spent years building an identity that refuses to fit neatly into one genre. Her latest project continues that approach, bringing together R&B, pop and dance influences.

The upcoming tour also follows her recent Three Nights With a Popstar performances, including an October 24 Brooklyn appearance.

The bigger story? Tinashe's artistic independence and persistence are translating into a new level of visibility.

The music industry loves an overnight success story. Sometimes, however, the most interesting success stories belong to artists who never stopped working.
