Surf7 Brings WHOVILLE Home With a Free Philly Headlining Show

Philadelphia rapper Surf7 is bringing the celebration home. With his debut mixtape WHOVILLE arriving October 23 through 300 Entertainment, the rising artist has announced A Night in WHOVILLE, a free hometown headlining concert for Saturday, October 24.

The show is scheduled for 7 p.m. at The Lounge at World Stage in Philadelphia, according to the October 14 announcement distributed by his publicity team, Audible Treats. Fans can RSVP in advance through the event link shared by the team.

For Surf7, this isn't just another performance date. It's a chance to bring a busy year full circle in the city that helped build his momentum. His summer breakout, GOOSE COAT, spread across social media through a push-up trend, while an official remix featured fellow Philadelphia rapper Meek Mill. His publicists say the single inspired more than one million TikTok creations.

The West Philadelphia artist also recently signed with 300 Entertainment and released WIDE AWAKE, a single that offers another look at his quick-fire delivery over soulful production. The song joins earlier releases including 7AM in NY and SURGERY on the road to WHOVILLE.

A hometown headline show is a meaningful next step for an emerging artist whose songs have already reached far beyond the neighborhood. Viral attention may introduce listeners to a record, but the real question is whether those listeners show up in person. On October 24, Surf7 gets to see that connection up close.

WHOVILLE is scheduled for release on Friday, October 23. A Night in WHOVILLE takes place Saturday, October 24 at 7 p.m. in Philadelphia. Admission is free, with advance RSVP requested.
